DRM clients are given the ability to see their call center reps live and in action through Internet connected video cameras and the ability to hear their call center reps on live calls through our awesome call monitoring system. Customizable reports can be downloaded quickly and sent to a client as requested and our report generator provides detailed daily reports that provide you with more information than you would have ever thought possible.
The heart of the phone system resides on servers in our Atlanta Georgia data center where we have redundant dedicated connections to Tier 1 Internet backbones and extensive availability of dark fiber and all of the major Tier 1 Internet Carriers onsite. Redundant carriers between the call center in North Carolina and the data center in Georgia, make network outages practically impossible.
The power in both the call center and the data center are backed up by UPS and diesel generators, making power failure the result of nothing less than a natural disaster.
The data center in Atlanta has been built as a building within a building minimizing the risk of natural disasters, and in the event of a disaster in North Carolina, all calls can be automatically routed through Georgia to any phones or call center in the world. In the event of such an unlikely situation, calls can be routed to one of our affiliates or to a call center of our clients’ choice.
Besides the obvious benefits of our offsite data center, having the data center offsite makes expansion of our call centers both simple and quick as we are not limited by facility space and geographical resources.
